You never know when you’ll be happy,

I cry because I know how bad it will hurt.

I’m angry if things aren’t going my way,

Tears flow just because.

I’m hurt when someone says they understand.

I weep because I know there are very few

who really do understand.

Emotions are a crazy thing,

They can make you hurt.

But they will, eventually, help you heal.
