We have been through a lot,

You and I,

Together we ask

Why God? Why?

Why were the two of us put together

for this?

Was it meant to be?

Is there something we missed?

Doing God’s will is all we want to do.

We can’t stop now,

“Cause we know He’s not through.

He never said we wouldn’t have any strife,

But that He would be with us all

through our lives.

Together we pray and keep seeking

His will.

Even through the pain,

knowing He’s with us still.

So as we begin each day anew,
