Salty water that comes from our eyes,

Why?

What makes them come?

Joy

Sorrow

Why?

Why must we shed them?

We are scared.

We are angry.

Why?

We can’t control them.

Someone is gone.

Someone is coming.

Why?

Do we have to let them out?

Yes, healing comes,

And pain is released.

God put them there.

He can take them away.

Cry out to Him, and

Let Him know that you are

Happy,

Sad,

Scared,

Angry.

Shed your tears before God,

And He will gently wipe them away.
